Meditative Therapeutic Yoga is a breath- and alignment-focused practice designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and center your energy. Each class begins with a theme, followed by a guided meditation with mudra and mantra, then moves into therapeutic postures with flowing breath, helping you tune into subtle energy, sensation, and your own inner guidance.
After class you will feel calmer, stronger, more focused, and aligned with your higher purpose. This all-levels class adapts to your needs. Rose is a collaborative teacher, so she tailors the session to focus on specific poses, energies, or areas of the body that matter most to you.
Meet Rose Kress:
Rose Kress, ERYT-500, Yoga Therapist, YACEP, and author, is the Owner and Director of the LifeForce Yoga Healing Institute. She began practicing yoga in 1994 and has been teaching from the heart since 2004. Her own journey through physical pain and mental challenges led her to LifeForce Yoga in 2002, shaping her lifelong mission: to help people use yoga, meditation, and everyday magic to heal themselves.
Rose integrates the wisdom of her teachers (Amy Weintraub, Maria Mendola, and Rama Jyoti Vernon) into accessible practices that anyone can use. She’s the author of The Radiant Self and Awakening Your Inner Radiance with LifeForce Yoga, and her work includes CDs, videos, and international trainings. Rose is also the Director of the Samadhi Yoga Kula, a yoga training school in Albany, Oregon.
