Jordann is a yoga instructor, holistic health coach, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner focused on helping individuals develop a greater sense of self-awareness and a balanced internal environment.
Her teaching practice spans over a decade, rooted in mindful movement and connection with the body's physical and emotional sensations. Her approach integrates the mechanics of yoga with the compassionate framework of IFS, offering space to align mental well-being with physical health. Yoga Teacher, Coach, Mentor, and Author
Hello! My name is Wilderness, I am the founder and owner of Wilderness & Co. Healing Collective, as well as a yoga teacher, coach, and author. I became certified as a yoga instructor in 2005 after a classical ballet and dance journey ended due to an ACL tear from a skiing accident. An avid skier, mountain biker, and climber at the time, I have since managed decades of mystery chronic health symptoms. Yoga has been one of my constants through those consistently changing symptoms and physical difficulties. I have become deeply attuned to the physical and mental health changes throughout life and how important it is to have community, care, and nervous system support when going through unknowns.
Throughout my 20+ years as a yoga teacher I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of people in many different environments. Accessibility always felt important to me and I had the honor of introducing yoga to people who may otherwise not have had the opportunity. I have taught in prisons, hospitals, women's shelters, residential treatment centers, homeless shelters, people's homes, gyms, studios, and online. And I am deeply humbled to have been so lucky to touch so many peoples lives through yoga.
I created Wilderness & Co. as the space I always wanted, with the tools and support I wish I had had, and easily accessible to me in one spot. I currently offer one-on-one sessions and yoga mentorship, bringing decades of experience to guide students in personalized ways. I created this platform as a space for healing, growth, and exploration. The intention of the space is for it to feel safe, supportive, and deeply connected. My vision is to bring together teachers and students in a way that honors each person’s journey while fostering community, creativity, and wellbeing. If you have any questions or something to share, the "contact" on this website comes directly to me. Thanks for being here.

Yoga Therapist
Laura Goellner is a yoga therapist and meditation teacher based in rural Northern Florida. Her practice began over two decades ago as a way to bring balance to a rigorous school schedule.
Her experience as a yoga teacher evolved parallel to her career as a therapist. After completing her B.A. in Psychology, Laura earned a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2009. The result is a style of teaching that blends mind-body science with the eight limbs of yoga.
Over 16 years as an Occupational Therapist, Laura utilized mindfulness, breathwork, and movement in her patient’s treatment plans. Becoming a certified yoga therapist was a natural step toward sharing yoga as a healing modality with those recovering from illness or injury.
Laura’s classes are adaptable, anatomically informed, and spiritually rooted. She creates a space to build resilience in the body while connecting to inner guidance. The focus is on experiencing practice as a path of deeper connection to one’s self and life.
Kundalini yoga came into Laura’s life during a particularly challenging time, and she became certified in a modern, trauma-informed approach to this transformational practice.
