Hello friends :)
I don't often feel like I can keep up with social media or trends (although I do my best). I don't always have the perfect photos or have a highlight reel of extravagant experiences to share. But socials, my website, this newsletter, and word of mouth are the main ways I have to share my work and my business, which I deeply believe in and want to share with the world.
Honestly, the same thing that makes me not so great at social media or not the best sales person is maybe part of what makes me good at everything else I do.
I am good at being authentic. I am good at showing up for people in a real and empathic way. I am a good listener and good at helping people feel valued and understood. I am a natural cheerleader for those around me. And I help people feel their way through challenging experiences and circumstances.

Wilderness & Co. is a space that has been in the works for over a year. Wilderness & Co. offers a gentle, grounded space to land. A place where you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Where support is steady, offerings are meaningful, and healing is allowed to be honest. The Wilderness in the name is self-explanatory, and the “& Co.” is the community. It’s the coaches, therapists, naturopaths, guides, and soul-stirrers who walk alongside you. The ones who believe in moving honestly, supporting the nervous system, and meeting you where you are. This space is slowly becoming, and I hope you want to be a part of it.
