Sunday Sigh: A Monthly Restorative Sound Bath
Sunday Sigh is a 45-minute virtual sound bath facilitated by Board-Certified Music Therapist Natalie Duque. This restorative experience uses live therapeutic sound, including singing bowls, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, rain stick, and other soothing acoustic instruments, to gently guide your nervous system back toward balance.
Simply get comfortable, dim the lights or close your eyes, and receive. No prior experience needed.
Participants often leave feeling calm in their body, quiet in their mind, grounded, renewed, and restored from the inside out.
$15 per person
