4-Week Saturday Series
Dates: May 2nd, 9th, (no class on Saturday the 16th), 23rd, and 30th
Time: 10-11 AM, PST
Price: $125 per person for entire series
This 4-week series combines somatic body-based awareness with simple creative practices like movement, drawing, and sound. Each class is one hour and offers a guided space to explore how the body holds emotion, and how expression can support curiosity, release, and integration.
The 4-week format offers a chance to return to the work consistently, allowing the experience to deepen over time rather than being a one-time practice.
This work can be especially supportive for experiences that are hard to put into words. It offers another way to process through the body and nervous system.
Over the course of four weeks, you’ll be guided through practices that support you in:
Connecting more deeply with your body and internal experience
Exploring emotions through movement and creative expression
Gently releasing stored tension
Relating differently to stress, anxiety, or overwhelm
No experience with art or movement is needed. Everything is invitational and can be adapted to your comfort level. All classes take place on Zoom. Please note there is an intentional pause on Saturday the 16th- there is NO class that week. This round is limited to 15 participants.
Materials needed: large drawing pad, oil pastels, safe space to move draw and feel.
Class instructor is Morgan Geiger, a somatic practitioner who has been practicing healing arts for over a decade. She brings a truly holistic perspective with her work weaving together somatic healing, nature, and artistry. Her classes are filled with presence, love, and warmth.

Group coaching facilitated by Wilderness (me!)
A 60-minute live group space for yoga teachers to receive support, ask questions, and be coached through the challenges of teaching. Teaching yoga can look simple from the outside, but in reality it involves a lot of nuance, skill, decision-making, and problem-solving.
This is an open, conversational space where you can bring what’s coming up for you. This might be how to structure a class, cue more clearly, navigate different student needs, build confidence, or find your voice as a teacher. I’ll be guiding the conversation, offering coaching, and supporting you in real time.
If you’re a newer teacher, you might be navigating all the different variables and challenges that come with leading a class. If you’ve been teaching for years, this can be a space to refine your voice, reconnect with your approach, and continue evolving your teaching.
You’re welcome to come with questions, situations from recent classes, or simply listen and learn from others. Bring your questions and get support and some coaching!
I’ve been a certified yoga teacher for over 20 years and am also a certified coach. This space is an extension of my one-on-one mentorship work, offered in a more accessible group format.
When: The first Sunday of the month at 10 AM PST
Where: This group meets virtually
Price: $11 per person drop in
These virtual sound baths are held on Zoom and offer a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through therapeutic sound. They are offered once a month on a Thursday evening and once a month on a Sunday morning, both in Pacific Time. Each session is guided with intention to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.
Natalie Duque is a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), sound practitioner, and founder of Rhythm & Rise. Blending her clinical expertise with her roots as a professional musician, she facilitates sound baths designed to offer a soft landing from the noise of everyday life. Using sound and rhythm as tools for nervous system regulation, her work supports people in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and returning to a steadier rhythm.
Two options to join, one Thursday and one Sunday of the month.
(Thursday) Between Day & Dream: A Sound Bath for Deep Rest
Between Day & Dream is a 45-minute virtual sound bath designed to help you release the weight of the day and transition gently into rest. Facilitated by Board-Certified Music Therapist Natalie Duque, this experience uses live therapeutic sound, including singing bowls, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, rain stick, and other soothing acoustic instruments, to quiet the mind and prepare the body for deep, restorative sleep.
Sunday Sigh: A Monthly Restorative Sound Bath
Sunday Sigh is a 45-minute virtual sound bath held around the new moon, a natural moment of stillness and reset. Facilitated by Board-Certified Music Therapist Natalie Duque, this restorative experience uses live therapeutic sound, including singing bowls, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, rain stick, and other soothing acoustic instruments, to gently guide your nervous system back toward balance.
Simply get comfortable, dim the lights or close your eyes, and receive. No prior experience needed.
Participants often leave feeling calm in their body, quiet in their mind, grounded, renewed, and restored from the inside out.
$15 per person

As always, reach out here with any questions. I will personally reply.
Best,
Wilderness
