My Name Is Wilderness is a heartfelt and introspective collection of essays and poems that chronicle the author’s personal journey through physical challenges, healing, and self-discovery. Spanning over the first 40 years of her life, these stories offer a window into the complexities of life highlighting the universal themes of growth, resilience, and the quiet strength found in the process of becoming.
Written with vulnerability and empathy, this collection invites readers to reflect on their own experiences—whether they are navigating physical challenges or exploration of any areas of life. Through childhood, breakups, retreats, awakenings, and career changes, this book speaks to anyone who has ever felt the weight of life’s initiations and the transformative power of waking up to Truth.
Through raw, honest reflections and moments of clarity, Wilderness encourages readers to embrace their own journey of becoming, reminding them that, no matter the path, they are never truly alone in their experience. This book is a testament to the power of grit, the importance of trusting the process, and the belief that, no matter the challenge, healing and growth are always possible.
Feeling rushed, scattered, or constantly “on alert”? Immerse yourself in this sweet 3 day audio experience you can do anywhere, anytime for a few moments to return to yourself. Give yourself the gift of softness and presence. Download and listen as many times as you want - it's yours forever!
This brief science-backed 3-lesson audio course guides you through simple, practical lessons and practices to slow down your body and mind, reduce stress, and create space for clarity, restoration, and deep nervous system healing. Each module is 10 minutes and includes a lesson and a meditation. You will receive one MP3 downloadable lesson each day via email over the course of 3 days. Slowing down is an overlooked and easy step to untrain from the habit of urgency. We live in a world that is constantly making us feel that we have to do more, and do it quicker. This is keeping us in states of fake urgency and out of rest and digest. When this stress mechanism is turned on perpetually, our bodies get less time in a state of rest and repair.
In 3 lessons, 10 minutes each, you’ll learn to: Recognize how your body reacts to perceived danger in everyday life. Notice and reduce the false sense of urgency your mind creates. Use small, actionable practices to slow physical actions and thoughts by 50%. Activate your parasympathetic nervous system to calm, restore, and support healing. Integrate these practices into your daily routine with micro-habits. Support your body and mind when symptoms, tension, or chronic stress keep you in a state of alert.
Several meditations available! Download them and listen as often and wherever you'd like. Read about them to see which one might be the best fit for you, and grab the free one while you're there!

Weekly group class taught by Wilderness
Monday's at 10-10:30 AM PST
Living with chronic illness or fatigue often means that a traditional yoga class doesn’t always meet your body’s needs. This gentle 30-minute class is designed with slower pacing, plenty of rest, and a compassionate approach to movement.
Each class includes gentle stretching, yoga, mindfulness, and opportunities to reconnect with your body without the pressure to push beyond your limits. Along the way, we’ll take a few moments to reflect and notice what we’re experiencing, creating space for curiosity, self-compassion, and nervous system support.
Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, injuries, or simply need a slower, more compassionate approach to movement, you’re warmly welcome here.

Tuesday's 12-12:30 PM PST
Jordann's class is a gentle, 30-minute practice designed to serve as a grounding pause, offering a restorative "reset" for both your body and mind during your busy day. This class functions as a gentle cleanse for the nervous system, focusing on supportive, restorative and Yin style poses held for extended periods to encourage deep softening and physical release. Throughout the practice, you will be guided through Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed awareness, providing a structured yet meditative space to turn your attention inward.
Replays will be sent out to everyone who registers for this class even if you can't make it in person.
