Taught by Jordann
Tuesday's from12:00-12:30 PM PST
We are featuring Jordann's Tuesday class today! I asked her a few questions to get a feel for what the class is and who it's for.
1. What inspired you to create this class?
I started noticing my own internal parts (IFS) showing up during yoga classes: comparing myself to others, running through my to-do list, wondering if anyone else was struggling as much as I was. I created this class to help students meet those parts with curiosity instead of judgment so they can become a support for the practice rather than a distraction from it.
2. Who is this class for / who do you hope it supports most?
This class is for anyone who's ever felt like they couldn't quiet their mind or fully relax during yoga. If you've ever wrestled with your inner dialogue while trying to be present, I hope this practice helps you feel a little more at home with yourself. I'm also hopeful that the slow movement and self-led pacing makes this practice accessible to anyone who's ever felt rushed during a class.
3. What's one thing you hope people take away from it?
I hope people leave knowing that understanding their inner world isn't about "fixing" or changing their parts. It's about noticing who's showing up, listening with deep compassion, and making space for whatever arises, without needing to become fully consumed by it.
Class description: This class is a gentle, 30-minute practice designed to serve as a grounding pause, offering a restorative "reset" for both your body and mind during your busy day. This class functions as a gentle cleanse for the nervous system, focusing on supportive, restorative and Yin style poses held for extended periods to encourage deep softening and physical release. Throughout the practice, you will be guided through Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed awareness, providing a structured yet meditative space to turn your attention inward. As you hold these shapes, you are invited to explore your "parts"—the various thoughts, emotions, and sensations that comprise your internal landscape—with curiosity and compassion, allowing you to reconnect with your center in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
Weekly group yoga class, Wednesdays online, 4-5 pm PST

Meditative Therapeutic Yoga is a breath- and alignment-focused practice designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and center your energy. Each class begins with a theme, followed by a guided meditation with mudra and mantra, then moves into therapeutic postures with flowing breath, helping you tune into subtle energy, sensation, and your own inner guidance.
Weekly group yoga class, Thursdays online, 9-9:45 am PST

Mindful Mobility Yoga is a slow exploratory practice that blends mindfulness with intentional movement to support joint health, nervous system regulation, and body awareness. The class opens with a piece of mindful wisdom that is integrated into fluid, mobility-based yoga for greater brain-body connection. Grounding yet engaging, this class encourages curiosity and personal exploration so you step away feeling deeply connected. The class ends with an invitation to take the skills of mindfulness with you into the rest of your day.
