Taught by Yely Rivas. Yely is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Burnout Coach, Self-Care Strategist, and Retreat Leader with extensive experience guiding individuals toward greater balance, self-awareness, and nervous system support. Her work focuses on helping people heal from burnout and reconnect with themselves through holistic practices. With a compassionate and grounded teaching style, Yely creates safe and supportive spaces where participants can slow down, listen inward, and care for the mind, body, and soul sustainably.
Join her for a 90-minute workshop designed to help you slow down, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with your body through mindful movement, breath awareness, and self-reflection.
This workshop introduces you to the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga as a supportive tool for stress relief, emotional regulation, and inner balance. Unlike more active styles of yoga, Yin uses longer-held, floor-based postures that gently target the deeper connective tissues, joints, fascia, and energetic pathways of the body.
Yin invites stillness, patience, and mindful awareness. Through this slower practice, you are encouraged to listen inward, notice areas of physical or emotional holding, and create space for the nervous system to soften.
What the Experience Includes:
Opening and Grounding (15 mins): We will begin with a brief welcome, a short explanation of how stress is held in the body, and a gentle breathing practice to help you arrive fully in the space.
Guided Yin Yoga Practice (60 mins): An intentional, floor-based sequence focused on gentle hip, spine, shoulder, and heart-opening shapes to quiet the mind, release physical tension, and soften emotional holding patterns.
Integration and Reflection (15 mins): We will close with a short guided meditation, journaling prompts, and a review of practical take-home tools so you leave feeling completely grounded and integrated.
Included Take-Home Materials:
To help you continue the benefits of the workshop in your daily life, all participants will receive:
The Stress Self-Assessment: A simple tool designed to help you identify how and where stress shows up in your unique body, mind, and emotions.
A Two-Page PDF Summary: A handy digital resource summarizing the key breath work, mindfulness tools, and practices covered in class.
Who is this for? This workshop is ideal for anyone experiencing stress, overwhelm, burnout, or emotional fatigue. It is completely accessible, grounding, and sustainable. No previous yoga experience is required.

Weekly group yoga class, Tuesdays online, 12-12:30 pm PST

This class is a gentle, 30-minute practice designed to serve as a grounding pause, offering a restorative "reset" for both your body and mind during your busy day. This class functions as a gentle cleanse for the nervous system, focusing on supportive, restorative and Yin style poses held for extended periods to encourage deep softening and physical release. Throughout the practice, you will be guided through Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed awareness, providing a structured yet meditative space to turn your attention inward. As you hold these shapes, you are invited to explore your "parts"—the various thoughts, emotions, and sensations that comprise your internal landscape—with curiosity and compassion, allowing you to reconnect with your center in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
No props are required, but if you have a bolster, pillow, or blanket, etc. you are welcome and encouraged to use these throughout class.
Weekly group yoga class, Wednesdays online, 4-5 pm PST

Meditative Therapeutic Yoga is a breath- and alignment-focused practice designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and center your energy. Each class begins with a theme, followed by a guided meditation with mudra and mantra, then moves into therapeutic postures with flowing breath, helping you tune into subtle energy, sensation, and your own inner guidance.
Weekly group yoga class, Thursdays online, 9-9:45 am PST

Mindful Mobility Yoga is a slow exploratory practice that blends mindfulness with intentional movement to support joint health, nervous system regulation, and body awareness. The class opens with a piece of mindful wisdom that is integrated into fluid, mobility-based yoga for greater brain-body connection. Grounding yet engaging, this class encourages curiosity and personal exploration so you step away feeling deeply connected. The class ends with an invitation to take the skills of mindfulness with you into the rest of your day.

One Sunday morning a month!
Facilitated by Board-Certified Music Therapist Natalie Duque, this experience uses live therapeutic sound, including singing bowls, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, rain stick, and other soothing acoustic instruments, to quiet the mind and prepare the body for a deep reset to gently guide your nervous system back toward balance.
I offer private yoga sessions, yoga teacher mentorship and Mind-body Wellness Coaching.
